At 0800 I found what would prove to be Kekoa (RK72) snoozin’ at Left Greenery, Rabbit Island. He would remain there all day.At 0827 Mojo (RI17) hauled out to 2BS. Though I could see his left side of head, NB, the camera just couldn’t pick it up under the gray conditions.
On a pan at 1049 I found Kawena (RH36) just hauled out and moving up into the Morning Glory, right of 1BS on RI.At 1112 I found Kolohe (RW22) newly arrived to 3BS on RI.
At 0743 Team Billand checked in with word of two foraging animals off shore of Campbell Industrial Park. By 0818 they had ID’d Aukai (RL12) & Pohaku (RO28).
At 0827 Pohaku would haul out to the left of the CIP jetty. At 0832 the Billands reported another animal joined Aukai foraging. At 0911 they ID’d Kea ! (RN46). He has been MIA since I last saw him on RI on 10-20-16. This is his 2nd documented sighting at CIP. The first was on 1-20-16.Lesley called at 1250 to advise that RW02 remains to the Erdman side of the Lyman Mansion, Mokuleia.
A Barbara text at 1445 advised that she was with a weaner at the 20Min mark on the west side KP trail. Awaiting ID.At 1553 she reported a molting Ka’ena (RO40) further along the KP trail.
Barbara reported Kerby (RW08) on the Back Beach, KP at 1613.
She also ID’d a new critter , R3CU, a male, apparently visiting from Kauai.
