9/1/2016 DB's Dailies: Kawena@AD, U/M@Rabbit Island, Pohaku&Benny@CIP, RIP@Maili Point, RL42,Nihoa&Kerby@Makua Cliffs, R5AY@Kahuku Golf Course, Lei Ola@Turtle Bay, BG@10min, Luana&Ka'ale@Mokuleia,

Marilyn found Kawena (RH36) , 50 yds east the AD wall. She entered the water just as Marilyn departed. On her late shift Marilyn found Kawena snoozin’ on the beach near her birth spot.

At 0837 I found what appeared to be a juvenile sized male with 2 red tags, on the water front rocks left of Seal Rock Inlet. The morning lighting, and stormy, hazy conditions made an ID impossible. He departed at 0845. I did not see him again today.

At 0718 Team Billand found Pohaku (RO28)&Benny(RE74) still together at Campbell Industrial Park.

At 0939 they found RIP (RR70) at Maili Point. At 1058 they reported RL42 at Makua Cliffs.

At 1302 the Billands found Nihoa (R912) & Kerby (RW08) together at another location at Makua Cliffs

Diane Gabriel reported R5AY at the Kahuku Golf Course at 0944. Reports said that she has been there for the last 4 days.

At 1000 Diane G found Lei Ola at the Keiki Pool, Turtle Bay.

Colleen Heyer reported Kaiwi (RK96), once again at the Outrigger Canoe Club.

Carola provided shots from her day in the wilds of the Mokuleia area. She found a 100% molted BG (R303) at 10 Minute Beach, and Ka’ale (RH32) & Luana (RN58) at separate locations at Mokuleia. Thanks Carola!
