On my 4th check of Sandy Beach, at 0741, I found Kea (RN46) snuggled into the Naupaka at the Sandy Beach outfall. I cordoned him off. He would move down mid day, and has remained the rest of the day. Gayle called at 1721 to advise that Kea was gone.

A Spitting Cave posse member called at 1646 with the report of an animal. When I arrived at 1452 I saw two , probably juvenile U/U swimming heads heading out and around the point headed east. No ID was possible.
