7-3-2013 DB's Dailies: Kolohe&Sadie@RI, Kolohe@SC, Buster,M&M@KCG, Irma@DH, Haupu@KoOlina, Ka'ena&R912@KP
At 0630 I found Kolohe (RW22) and Sadie (RB12) together , in the Morning Glory, 40 ft left of 1BS, on Rabbit Island. When I got back for my 0900 RI check, they were gone.
Gayle checked in at 1059 with the report of Kolohe (RW22) at Spitting Cave.
Team Billand called at 0643 to advise that Buster (RV08) and M&M (R020) were in the shallows just off shore of Kalaeloa Campgrounds. Wallows indicated that they had probably overnighted there. The had words, and Buster took off the west. M&M remained in the waters off shore of KCG, but was no longer there on later checks.
At 0943 Colleen called to report Irma (R010) at the showers, Diamond Head.
Posse member Christian called at 1043 to report that Irma was departing. She was moving west, and looked at Beach Rd, before continuing on. She was not seen again after that. Tomorrow...OIK.
Team Billand called at 1030 to advise that they’d gotten a call about an U/U at Lagoon #4, KoOlina. They called again at 1148 to advise that posse member Diane had confirmed the Haupu (RB24) ID, by tags. Dana would call at 1305 to advise that Haupu had departed.
Kimo called at 1030 from the end of the world. He had found Ka’ena (RO40) at the runway, Ka’ena Point. On his way out, on the Waianae side trail, he found R912 at the half way point, at 1536.
You may recall that on 6-26 Karen Bryan reported having seen Kermit (R012), on a dive off shore of Niihau. Well, Chapter #2 arrived today in the form of email from Lesley. She got word from a source familiar with the location, that on the 29th of June, "N4" was on the beach on the Lehua Rock side of Niihau. That , of course would be Kermit (R020).
There she blows!!! oops sorry Irma
