NOPE...Irma didnt catch any fish, it was her tongue she just whipped out. She does this weird behavior, by, shaking her head from side to side, then she opens her mouth wide and out comes her fat, thick, tongue,bright pink. The other animal that does this is Benny. I dont know why they do that, but they do. And she will start this behavior, when the waves hit her hard, head on. Then she will also, like brush her teeth really hard with her flipper. Then the tongue flies out.
She looked so skinny yesterday, should be getting to molt soon.
Kermit was visited by two guys..I was gonna leave, but the two guys went right to him, I got worried, called Rob, and both of us guys went to talk to the gentlemen, who were trying to get Kermit to respond to their whistles, and clapping. In the end, the boys understood..got the message. What is it with Poor Kermit that folks always like to BOTHER him??? He is a gentle soul, no cares, and all these dummies just have to do something to him. Kermit has become my dear friend, who i would like to keep safe and free from all this harrassing. He really does not deserve any of it. And I am sad, Kermit has not found IRMA, who was at Plains yesterday, till 3:58pm. By the way, thanks guys for calling Irmas hauling at Plains. We were busy with other seals at the time. And thanks to fence line crew, Bob and Mochico for taking care of Irma before we got there. you guys are awesome. And we need you. Seal ya, Bd
