September 14, 2025 Sunday's Dailies

Today's dailies are brought to you by Marilyn and Team R&B💕

Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:35 to 2:10 pm and there were four seals seen during that time.
On the beach down from 3BS was an Adult Female: robust adult size, light gray female belly, two red tags, and lower neck scars. Marilyn noted she had not seen her for awhile and she appears to have put on weight.
Between 3BS and SRI was a small seal that was either weaner or small juvenile size, older coat, light yellow male belly, two red tags. If it is a weaner it is probably RU24.
On RRB were two seals:
RU48: weaner size and shape, blurry applied N27 bleach, male belly unsure about tags. HE left at 1:37 pm and was not seen again.
Juvenile Female: larger juvenile to small sub-adult size, newer coat, light gray female belly and two red tags.

Team R&B started their day finding Miss Kala RH76. She was alone snoozing on the coral rubble. Also they noted she has begun her molt. Let's hope its a quick one.
They spotted the boats and figured the dolphins were close by. And they were out there putting on a great show. They saw the dolphin with the "shredded fin" so they are calling him Shred!

Over at Rest Camp they saw three seals foraging. There was RH48 Lei Ola, Nalu R3CX and a big male with lots of green. At times the two males fought, making big splashes and barking at each other. They're not sure who the big green male is, although thought maybe
Kaale.  While watching the trio forage they spotted a big shark, that was a bit shocking.

They went back to check on Miss Kala. They wanted to see if any other seals had joined her, but no.  She was still there alone and had moved to the bottom.
