5/18/2017 DB's Dailies:

Heat waves made Rabbit Island shooting a difficult task. At 0800 I found Sadie (RB12)& PO1 (D#14) once again out on the left end rock flats.  They would enter the water at 1216, and the oly glimpses of their water session out amongst the whit water at the left end. I did not see them again during my session.

At 0800 I found what I'm going with as Kekoa (RK72) right of 3BS on RI. His ventral lines and mottling was only hope. He would enter the water at 1108.

At 1113 I found Kea (RN46) just hauling out fronting the right end of the Middle Cliff area. He would quickly be joined by Kekoa.  They interacted a couple of times. Kekoa would come and go, but ultimately departed.

Gayle sent a shot of Kolohe (RW22) on the flats at Lanai Lookout. Thank you Gayle!! Mark Sullivan checked in the afternoon that he had successfully got a vaccination on Kolohe.

At 0810 Team Billand reported RIP (RR70) & RL42 at the 40MIN mark on the west side of  KP trail.

Barbara did the Ka'ena Point trek and she and Tammy & Dave all texted a quick visit to the main pool by Ka;'ena (RO40) at KP at 0944.

A text from Robert Billand advised that Benny (RE74) was at Lani's.
