11/6/2014 DB's Dailies: Kea@SB, Kolohe,Duke,Aukai&Kainoa@RI, Right Spot@Moku Nui, Pohaku@Aki's Beach

At 0620 I found an overnighted Kea (RN46) at the base of the Naupaka, at the Sandy Beach outfall. I adjusted the SPZ and continued on. He has remained all day, moving down on the outfall midday to stay cool. All of his beautiful natural bleaches are shining brightly. Kea remained at dark.

On my first look at Rabbit Island, at 0643 I found Kolohe (RW22) & Duke (RA12), 60&50 ft left of 1BS, snoozin’ in the Morning Glory, and Aukai (RL12) at Right Middle Cliff. When I returned at 0845 Kolohe had departed. On a pan I found that Kainoa (RN04) had arrived, snoozin’ at 3BS.

Afternoon email from Diane Gabriel brought word that “customer Dave” had stopped by the Lanikai General Store, and showed her a photo , taken this morning, of Right Spot (R016) on Moku Nui. Her new coat and bright right side natural bleach made the ID a piece a’ cake. Dave even managed to get the difficult to get, look at her “jigsaw puzzle” notch on the RHF. To Customer Dave & Diane G., a big ol’ Ya Done Good !!  oh customer Dave will be happy to hear this :-)  he'll also expect a free cigar.

Dana called at 1606 with the report of Pohaku (RO28) at Aki’s Beach, Makaha. Debbie B., responded and confirmed the ID. Dana advised that Pohaku departed at 1749.
