2-20-2014 DB's Dailies: Buster@RI, Kea@BH, RIP,M7M@WP, Kermit@NIM, Haupu@WSK, Pohaku@Makaha,Kekoa@RR, Rocky@DH, U'ilani@SI, R5AY&Meli@TB, Ka'ena,RL42,RW02,Kerby&Luana@KP

At 0754 I found Buster (RV08) just hauling out to Left Greenery on Rabbit Island. He would be the only RI resident today.
 
At 1005 Gayle called with the report of Kea (N46) in the small cove on the Sandy Beach side of the Blowhole Lookout. He remained all day.
 
At 0703 the Billands reported an overnighted RIP (RR70) at Tower#1, White Plains.
 
At 0718 Team Billands reported M&M (R020) off shore of Tower#1 playing with a buoy. RIP would move out to join her.
 
At 0739 M&M would haul out to Tower#1. RIP departed. He would return to join her at approximately 1200.
 
At 0817 the Billands reported Kermit (R012) foraging off of Nimitz Jetty. He would haul out to #1813 pavilion at Nimitz Cottages at 0834.
 
At 0930 the Billands found Haupu (RB24) at Wind Sock. She reentered the water at 1745.
 
Ocean Safety reported an U/U at Makaha at 0932. Debbie responded and confirmed Pohaku (RO28). She was gone when the Billands got there.
 
At 1045 the Billands found Kekoa (RK72) back home at the Reef Runway.
 
Posse member Darcy called at 1541 to advise that her hubby was lookin’ down upon an animal below the middle Diamond Head Lookout. I called Colleen immediately. She confirmed the Rocky (RH58) ID. Rocky was right next door to Colleen’s house.
 
Dana forwarded shots of U’ilani (RN36) at Sand Island.
 
Afternoon email from Vera Cober brought more amazing shots of R5AY & Meli at Turtle Bay.
 

Kimo Smith did the Ka’ena Pt trek and found Ka’ena (RO40),RL42, Kerby, RW02 & Luana.
