At 0830 I found the J/M snoozin’ in his usual spot, tucked into the grasses behind Seal Rock Inlet. Because it was a cool, wet day he remained there all day since there was no reason to do the midday, cool down, move to near the water line.At 1111 he would be joined by Kawena RH36. She moved up to join him and after some light interaction, both settled down to snooze mode.
At 1004 Team Billand reported Benny (RE74) at the Makaha Shores condos.Barbara checked in from the End of the World at 1156, to advise that she was in the company of NOAA’s Mark Sullivan at Ka’ena Point, and that Mark had gotten a left should, N62 bleach on RW02. The additional cast at Ka’ena Point, were molters Ka’ena (RO40)& Kerby (RW08)at the main beach, with R3CU on the rocks nearby. At 1223 she added Squinty (R330) to the cast, at the runway.
