12/13/2016 DB's Dailies: Kawena&Kolohe@Rabbit Island, Benny@Secrets, Right Spot@MCBH, Ka'ena,R3CU&Squinty@Ka'ena Point, Kerby@20min

I arrived at Makai Pier at 0730 to find nobody home on Rabbit Island. At 0823 little Kawena (RH36) hauled out of Seal Rock Inlet and moved up and into the grass for a morning snooze. She would later do her mid day move down to cool off. She remained all day.

 On a pan at 0845 I found Kolohe (RW22) newly arrived to the left end rock flats of RI. He too would remain the rest of the day.

 At 0625 Team Billand reported the Benny (RE74) for D#7 of his Secrets stay.

 Anissa sent shots of her stay with Right Spot at MCBH today. Thank You!

 Stacey Stella checked in from the End of the World this morning at 1000 with shots of a couple of animals up in the Naupaka, above the main beach. One I could ID as Ka’ena (RO40), but the other just didn’t show enough info to be certain.

 Barbara was at Ka’ena Point later in the day, and found Ka’ena on the back beach, with R3CU&Squinty at the main beach.

 On her way out Barbara reported Kerby (RW08) at the 20Min mark. Sadly, he was being harassed by a group. Barbara managed to get them to back off but as you can see Kerby wasn’t having any fun.
