12/7/2016 DB's Dailies:

From the Blowhole Lookout at 0730 I could see what would prove to be Buster (RV08) right where he was last night, no doubt over nighted. There was somebody standing right on top of him, but by the time I got there the individual had departed. ID was by his V38 tag. Notified the Hotline. Gayle would call at 0943 to advise that Buster had departed.

 When I arrived at Makai Pier at 0840 I found an 80% molted Kolohe (RW22) the sole resident of Rabbit Island. It would remain that way the rest of the day.

 At 0550 Team Billand reported Benny (RE74) at Paradise Cove. He would enter the water to join another animal, and was not seen again.

 Tammy T., was on the End of the World trek today. At 0732 she found Luana (RN58) at Hidden Beach. When she reached Ka’ena Point at 0810 she reported Squinty (R330), RL42 & R3CU.

 At 1045 Team Billand reported Kerby (RW08) at Makua Cliffs.

 Barbara got out there at 1300 and reported only R3CU.

 On her way out on the west side KP trail she reported Ka’ena (RO40) just outside the KP fence, at 1430.
