At 0835 I found Cass (RG06) out on the left end flats, and Duke (RA12)& Kea (RN46) together at the left end of the beach, on Rabbit Island. On a pan at 1009 I found Kainoa (RN04) just hauling out at Seal Rock Inlet, RI.At 0905 Gayle called with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) foraging at Spitting Cave.
I got a call from Hanauma Bay posse member Kaipo, reporting an animal at Toilet Bowl, HB. When I arrived at 1147 I found the above mentioned Kaiwi (RK96) snoozin’ at the edge of the Toilet Bowl.
At 0705 Team Billand reported Benny (RE74) at Ranches on the west side.
At 0759 they advised that Kimo Kai (RT12) was foraging off shore of Maili Guard Rails. They would report him snoozin’ in the rocks at 1401, and reported some new dings to his RFF & near the right ankle.
At 1144 Diga advised that she & Karen (Turtle....sorry Karen)Turner, had found Ua Malie (RT10) at High Rock. My records show that her last sighting was on 3-2-15. Great job Diga !! Her photos show a chunky little girl, soon to turn 5 years old. Hmmm ????? that's a big hmmm Diane G., also advised that La’akea (RK82) was Right Spot’s Spot , Turtle Bay today.
Diane also had an addition report of an U/U attempting to haul out at “Cromwell’s” , Diamond Head, but the Adoring Hordes would not allow it. Awaiting further DH word. I’ve got a cat on Rocky, but ????
Team Billand advised that volunteer Mina Drake had called them with the report of RL42 at the 20 minute mark on the Waianae side KP trail, at 1220.
