On my 3rd look at Rabbit Island I found M38 just hauling out to 1BS at 1122. He would move up and spend the rest of the day.
I'd pretty much ruled out a suspicious looking rock near the gnarly tree branch driftwood to the right of Seal Rock Inlet, but on my umpteenth pan at 1142 the rock rolled over, and tada !! there was Buster (RV08) . He'd been there all along. His molt is 80%
Team Billand checked in at 0655 to report Makaiwi (R4DF) and M&M (R020) fronting #1707, White Plains. M&M would depart at 1400, and Makaiwi at 1810
At 0746 the Billands found Irma (R010) at Wind Sock.
Zeeny called at 1058, from Ka'ena Point, to report finding Kerby (RW08) and 2AW at the end of the world.
At 1116 the Billands called to add Kermit (R012) to the WP cast, fronting #1708. Kermit would depart at 1810.
At 1246 the Billands called to report that they and Linda, were holding back the adoring hordes of tourists at Paradise Cove, KoOlina, trying to get Pohaku (RO28) some room as she hauled out. I am at a loss to understand what Pohaku sees in the place. It's a constant zoo, with luaus to boot !
At 1403 Dera called to advise that R5AY had been reported, by tag, near Goat Island, Malaekahana Beach Park.
Sean will be heading out tomorrow to do a staff look at R5AY's condition, so if anybody spies her call Dera.
Team Billand called at 1530 with the report of RL42 near the Keaau Bridge.
Benny (RE74) was found by the Billands at Maili Point at 1600.
YEAH!!! R5AY continues to gain weight and getting rest
