Todays dailies are brought to you by Team R&B and seal posse of Diane, Marilyn and yours truly.

I was in good company today with Diane and Marilyn. We decided to make the most of this beautiful May day and head up to the north shore.  We found Lei Ola RH48 and her pup PO5 who was born on April 14th.  Let's just say we were thoroughly entertained by the pup. It was very active and got mom to move from the shallows. There were a couple of moments when mom put her head on top of the kid to slow it down.  Quite honestly it never gets old seeing mother nature at its best.

Team R&B first stop at pokai where they found the lovely Miss Kala RH76.  She was resting on the edge of the rocks alone. They were so happy to see her after she has been MIA for a few days.

They were on their way out when they spotted a seal at the zen area. They checked it out and found RM31 Kai looking nice and plump. They looked him over and didn't see any fishing line or hooks. Now a days best to be safe and double check them.

Next while checking out the outfall area they spotted a green seal foraging. They saw a small line scar on his neck which makes them believe this is RL20 Kalua. They haven't seen him around for a bit, so it was good to have him back.

Lastly they stopped at yoks and saw a big male seal hauled out on shore. They noted a scar on right side of belly, scar over left eye, they were thrilled to ID RN04 Kainoa.  While hurrying to see him Barb

took a fall, her camera is fine, binoculars are fine, but her leg is cut up.  I am encouraging her to take a day or two off.  We shall see.  Sending her healing thoughts!
