On this New Years Eve Morning, they spotted two animals foraging together. It was RH48 Lei Ola with R3CX Nallu. The happy couple were getting their fill of food and hanging out together.

They were just ready to leave the area when they noticed some movement. Oh they were surprised to see it was a little seal. It had tags but not showing them to read, who could it be. They waited and finally RU04 showed her tags. They were thrilled.

They also spotted the dolphins further out doing what they so best, having fun.!

Over at Kahe there were two seals hauled out on the rocks.  Team

R&B ID'd RP30 Puka and RG32.

From afar they viewed electric beach and was shocked to see the beach so crowded with people. Team R&B kept checking the beach and spotted a small seal next to an adult seal, surrounded by people.

They recognized RS32 but the adult male was so sandy they couldn't make an ID.

They were concerned seeing all the people by the seals, but not much they could do.

Lastly they decided to make their way over to white plains. The beach was busy lots of people out and about. There were two seals in a zone that was set up for them with signs and ropes. The first seal they ID'd was KG89 Hiaka'i.  The other seal was way down by the cabins also in a zone that was set up for him. They ID'd R416 Makalii.
