December 25, 2025 Thursday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Team R&B💕  We the monk seal ohana hope you all had a wonderful Christmas Day.

Team R&B are always happy to start their day when they find Miss Kala RH76. She was alone snoozing on the rocks.

Then they spotted two seals playing in the water for the longest time. It was R3CX Nalu with RU40 Wai.

They are very cute together, seems RU40 likes to bite on Nalu's neck and then he bites on her. Not hard just rough playing.  

Checking out Kahe they found two males hauled out on the rocks. There was RG32 with his N32applied bleach snoozing with RM31 Kai.

They noticed some splashing and then large dolphins foraging and making wakes. They were bottlenose dolphins. It was very cool to see them and one jumped up so high and so clean. Then the boats came and that was the end of that.

Out near the outfall Team R&B saw the seal foraging again.

Thankfully it was not as insane as yesterday. They ID'd RL08 foraging with RL12 Aukai.

Over at track Team R&B saw a seal haul up on shore from afar. There were people on shore but they finally moved on. Team R&B saw a homeless man making gestures to the seal. Meanwhile Team R&B were busy trying to make the IDs and then the fat seal quickly made its way back to the water. They're not sure what happened.  They think maybe the fat seal may have been Aukai.
