February 19, 2025 Wednesday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Team R&B💕   Marilyn did check Rabbit Island today but there were no seals seen during her viewing session.

Team R&B has been out looking for seals coming up empty. They stopped at Kahe looking around, and noticed some activity in the water. They then realized there were sharks feeding, on what they were not sure. They took some photos and quickly went to show the Life Guards. They were aware of the sharks. In the end Team R&B went the extra mile.

They saw a seal swimming fast from the area where they had seen the shark. The seal landed in a hurry, no hesitation, just up and out. They ID'd RM31 Kai, who got knocked off the rocks by the waves. He scurried back up on the rocks.

Shortly after RM31 hauled up, Team R&B spotted another seal. The seal went swimming pass heading west. They could not get an ID, so it was reported as an Unidentified Unknown.

Next they spotted a large male haul up on shore at Electric Beach. They couldn't make an ID so it was reported as an Unknown Male.

They went back in the afternoon and the seal was by the lower rocks. Also they checked on RM31 who was still resting peacefully on the rocks.

They got a text of a seal hauled up by the cabins at plains. Then there was another text about a second seal hauled up by tower one.

So of course they headed over. They were so happy to find the seal by the cabins was none other than RH58 Rocky. She is looking good, a little thinner, no tags, scar on the right side of her mouth and white on left front flipper. They haven't seen her since she had given birth in 2024.

The other seal was RL12 Aukai resting comfortable, further away from Rocky.

They made a quick stop to another nearby location. There they found R407 Kawika resting on the reef. Seems this is his new normal since last season. While hanging out with R407 they got another text of a third seal hauled out by Aukai.

They hurried back and found RL08 with Aukai resting in the same zone. Aukai kept checking on him they were very cute together. Of course she looks huge next to him.
