Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:50 to 2:00 pm and there were three seals seen during that time.
Out on the rock flats Lanikai side of LPB was an Unidentified Unknown: probably juvenile to sub-adult size, but no information on tags or its sex. It's been a long while since Marilyn has seen a seal on those rock flats.
Near the waterline near the LPB surge channel was RK24 Bruno: adult size, light gray male belly, two red tags and lower lip scar.
Between 3BS and SRI was a Juvenile Female: larger juvenile size, light gray female belly and two red tags.
Team R&B started their morning hoping to find Kala, but instead they saw lots of whales. They continued on and were over joyed when they spotted a seal from afar on shore. When they got to the area they saw a small male who they ID'd RP28 Wakea.
Then they saw two dogs off leash heading their way, Team R&B grabbed a couple of coconuts and tossed them in the direction of the dogs to deter them. Thankfully it worked. Then one of homeless women came by while they were making a stick zone. They let her know to day behind the the sticks.
She did and had lots of questions about the seal, and wanted to know if Team R&B got paid for what they were doing. They informed her they do this out of love for the seals and protecting them from being disturbed by people and dogs. She wanted to work for them, but they told her to just keep her distance and be a seal angel by keeping others away from the seal.
Next stop at Kahe, they didn't see any seals but did see the dolphins. Then a lady yelled out "seal!" Team R&B watched the seal move on and haul out on the rocks. They were able to ID RH32 Kaale who is looking quite large these days.
People were calling out Whale!! Team R&B turned their attention to them and there were about four, moving fast. There was some tail activity, no breaches.
They made one last stop before calling it a day and to their joy they found Miss Kala RH76. She was alone resting peacefully at her zen place.
