SE Quadrant - Zero, Irma@WP, Kermit@Kalaeloa, 11-2-08
We seem to be in a SE quadrant Monk Seal recession. Once again, the entire quadrant was certified Monk Seal free for the day.

Fortunately, Team Billand found Kermit at the Wind Sock on Kalaeloa Beach. Little did he know that Irma had given him the slip , and was reported by White Plains lifeguard Bryan at the left end of White Plains Beach, just a mile or so down the beach from Kermit's location. Aloha, DB
