The one and only animal in my life today was M&M lounging on Rabbit Island, with the entire island all to herself.
Team Billand , fortunately, had a much more interesting day. Some how these westside people managed to cover the SW quadrant, even though they put in a full day volunteering at the Whale Sanctuary Building out in Hawaii Kai. Their first call came at 0650 to report that Irma and Benny were lying close together within the cordon that has been surrounding Irma for the last 6 days. A witness told them that Benny had arrived around 0430. What the hell he was doing there at that time is beyond me, but tanx eh !!
The Billands next call came at 1500 confirming an earlier report from a White Plains lifeguard, that Kermit was in front of the cottages. The Billands confirmed the Kermit ID on they way home. Aloha, DB
