08/10/2020 Monday (Closure round 2 - Day 3) Monk Seal Dailies

 Today we have news from Kauai. According to the Kauai Seals blog we have two birth announcements!

YES!!! Our girl Rocky RH58 made it to Kauai and gave birth. AND!!!  KC RK28 also gave birth on Kauai!  Here is the link to the story!  https://kauaiseals.wordpress.com/2020/08/10/monk-seal-monday-105-males-and-moms/

Meanwhile back on Oahu the following critters were seen somewhere on the island ;-)

RL20 Kalua was first seen in the morning. A little later he was seen again same location only this time he was trying to come out of the water hole. He is looking fine.

RL20 Leina was very well hidden, that getting her photo was a challenge. She is looking good and this makes six days she's been in the same location.

RG28 Lefty was seen relaxing on his back. Chilling out on the rocks. 

Ka'ale RH32 was to the right of Lefty, also cruising and looking mighty green. A fisherman walked down to fish, and out of the entire area he went near Ka'ale who became very alert to him.

Last but not least was R3CX Nalu. It was his flipper flex that made him visible. He was by himself, looking healthy and handsome. He moved down to the water to cool off and seem to be enjoying having the area to himself.
