9/25/2015 DB's Dailies: Kekoa,Kea&Kainoa@Rabbit Island, Kaiwi@China Walls, Melanie C., RW02,RIP,Ka'ena,BG&Luana@Ka'ena Point, Holokai & Ua Malie@Turtle Bay

At 0737 I found Kea (RN46) in the Morning Glory, fronting 3BS, and Kekoa (RK72) at Rocky Right Beach, on Rabbit Island. Kekoa would enter the water at 1024, and haul out again at 1104 to join Kainoa (RN04), who had hauled out to the far left end of the beach at 0824. All three would remain the rest of the day.

At 1242 Melanie called with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) at China Walls . Thank you Melanie ! 

Marilyn did the End of the World trek today. At 0834 she checked in with the report of RW02 in a cove just past Hidden Beach.

 At the point of Ka’ena Point she reported BG (R303) & Ka’ena (RO40) mid way between Ka’ena’s Pool & BG’s Pool & RIP (RR70) at the Main Pool.

 On her way out Marilyn reported Luana (RN58) at Hidden Beach. She had not been there on the trek in to KP.

 Late afternoon CarolaMail brought great shots of Holokai (RG40) at Turtle Bay today. Don Porter also checked in with an excellent shot of a molting Ua Malie. This is D#45 since she weaned Holokai. The molt is approximately 2%.
