Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 11:25 to 1:35 and there a total of nine seals seen during that time.
Initially alone between Middle Cliff and 3BS was an Adult Female: adult size, newer coat, light tan female belly with a jagged scar on her upper chest and two red tags.
She was joined by an Adult Male at about 12:15. Adult Male: adult size, newer coat, medium to dark gray male belly and two red tags.
Directly down from 3BS was RG32: adult size, about 60% molted with a medium gray male belly, no tags and a very ragged dorsal side.
Initially alone at SRI was a Female Weaner: weaner size, light yellow tab female belly with some green and two red tags.
At 12:05 three seals hauled out to the Female Weaner. They somewhat blocked views of each other.
Unknown Sub-adult: sub-adult to adult size, newer coat, lighter ventral size, but could not determine its sex or if there were tags.
Sub-adult Male: sub-adult size, newer coat, light tan male belly and two red tags.
RP24 Mohala (RF34 Pua's 2021 Rabbit Island pup) : sub-adult size, light tan female belly, two red tags, NB on tip of LFF. This was a nice surprise.
At 12:30, Marilyn realized a seal had hauled out to RRB (had not been there earlier). Juvenile Female: juvenile size, light tan female belly and two red tags.
The sooty terns seem to be on island for the duration now.
