Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:10 to 2:27 pm and there were five seals seen during that time.

In the tide pool of the rock flats Lanikai side of LPB was a seal labeled as an Adult Male: adult size, light yellow male belly, not sure about tags. The ventral of this seal does not seen similar to the UA she reported yesterday.

Marilyn was unable to determine which of the mom pup pairs was which today. They are being labeled Mom Pup Pair 1 and Mom Pup Pair 2. Since the pups are only one day apart in age their  size did not help identify them.

Mom - Pup Pair 1 spent most of their time hidden in a tide pool down from the 3BS. The mom then hauled out near the water rocks and the pup nursed.

Mom - Pup Pair 2 was on the top of the waterfront rocks between 3BS and SRI. The pup slept most of the time, but then nursed and finally crawled behind mom. Marilyn's best guess is Pair 2 is probably RF34 Pua and PO4, but she couldn't say for sure.

Team R&B had yet another slow day. They spent all day looking but only found one at the very end of the day.  At the cliffs on a patch of Limu was R617. He was alone and resting peacefully. He is very handsome and a big boy. They noted there were no lines, hooks or anything of concern. The very healthy boy was doing just fine.
