Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:10 to 1:31 pm and there were seven seals seen during that time.

When she started viewing there was on seal in the the middle of LPB above the berm. This turned out to be an Adult Male: adult size, dark gray male belly, and at least one tag.

At 12:33 pm, MO3 and PO3 hauled out from a swim on the Lanikai side of the AM. PO3 almost immediately started nursing and then went into snooze mode.

At 1:07 pm, an Adult Female that had been near SRI was run off by RF34 Pua, hauled out on LOB and

moved to the Makapuu side of the AM. The AM later galumphed over to visit the AF and then went further past her.

Between 3BS and SRI was a Juvenile Male: juvenile size, light yellow male belly, and two red tags. Marilyn wondered if this is RT19 or RT90, the male pups born on Rabbit Island last year. The JM started moving in the Makapuu direction but was keeping an eye on a fledging bird that was struggling to fly.

Much nearer to SRI was an Adult Female: adult size, golden yellow female belly and two red tags. Marilyn thinks she had a scar on her upper chest.

Closer to SRI was RF34 Pua and her pup PO4. With the rising tide, Pua and her pup moved up and closer to the AF. Later PO4 headed to the water alone. Pua seemed conflicted about whether to go with the pup or keep an eye on the AF. She ultimately charged the AF, who then slowly rolled into the water about 12:59 pm. Then PO4 returned to Pua, crawled around behind her and continued to play until snoozing.

The JM followed the AF into the water and Marilyn lost sight of him. As mentioned the AF swam down the island and hauled out at LPB.

Team R&B's first finds were two seals foraging off the jetty at pokai. There was a big school of fish so

they were busy. They ID'd one of them as R3CX Nalu and believe the other seal with the greenish coat and red tags was RL20 Kalua. Neither one of them landed.

Next stop at Kahe they saw one seal. Alone and resting was Lefty RG28. He's got a lot of scars but is doing just fine.

They got word from a friend that a seal hauled out at Plains. So they headed over and there was the big beautiful Aukai RL12. She was sound a sleep and a zone had been set up around her.  They were happy to see her again
