June 4, 2026 Thursday's Dailies

Marilyn was heading up towards the north shore and decided to make a quick stop to check on Sadie RB12. Her pup PO9 who is four weeks old today and Marilyn thinks PO9 is a female.  She saw a nursing session and spoke with volunteer on site who was happy Sadie had given birth here rather than Rabbit Island. 

Team R&B did their regular search for seals on the west side. There were none, another slow quiet day.

Finally they spotted a big seal down the shoreline at yoks. They couldn't get to the area since its still closed off. They tried their best to get a good photo but the camera wasn't focusing and it was raining. So the seal was reported as an Unknown Adult.

The only other critters they saw today were the dolphins, which are always a joy to watch.
