Well it doesn't happen often but it does on occasion. I received no updates from the posse, so I decided to provide a link to NOAA's site about "Citizen Scientists Help Reveal Undetected Hawaiian Monk Seal Reproduction". It's a good read, some basic information most of us know. You will see how important the public plays in the information that NOAA gathers.
