Aloha good people, I hope you are all well and staying safe. I heard from posse pal Anissa K who was on her way home today and spied a very large seal on the beach on the north shore. According to the coconut wire it appears to be Sadie.
Then according to social media it looks like Kaiwi was sighted and appears to getting some needed rest. I hope she gets a few good meals while she's resting.
Team Billand out on the west side observed seal coming in to the outfall, and as fast it appeared it disappeared. They continue to look in the area and found RN14 Kalani rolling in the shallows. He galumphed up on the rocks for a rest. He doesn't have any new markers and he is in good shape, good girth.
They also spotted dolphins swimming all over enjoying their time alone. Then the people came and they disappeared just like that.
