I checked the beaches in front before hiking out to the point with a big school group.
The only seal we saw out there today was RO40 "Ka'ena" on the Runway. It's so easy and fast to ID him with his transmitter from up on the cliff. Safes time when you're on the move.
Seems the seals took a break from the crazy full weekend we had around here.
