For some on the island the rain came back last night with all it's power. Lightings & thunders, lots of water.
We had some rain last night, lightings out at sea were gorgeous to watch. Mid morning the water gates opened and we had the big down pours.
I made it to the Pt and back just before the big drops.
The juvenile albatrosses were all back in groups on the ground and flying everywhere
The only seal at the point was R330 "Squinty", just as yesterday with R3CU, the waves were coming in strong and the volume of water was enormous. When I left he was still sleeping on the center reef island of Main Pool. Probably didn't stay there for long.
