Started a little later then planned but made it out to the point. Weather was overcast but wind was a little less cold than the last couple of days. Seems I wasn't the only one to think it since there were lots of hikers today. Did a lot of outreach.
As I entered the NARS area a HMAR volunteer was heading out, she had seen RR70 "RIP" and RL12 "Aukai" out at the point with a 3rd seal that came up to pester but she couldn't ID him. I made it to the point but seals were no longer there.
I found R353 (F) hauled out on some reefs, in a good location where not to many people noticed her. She was dry so must have been there for a longtime. Her wound is looking better by the day.
Next I saw RO40 "Ka'ena" hauling out near the Runway where he settled down and went to sleep fast.
Still on the lookout for our girl RN58 "Luana". Where oh where can she be?
