Team Billand did their rounds with no seals and then drove drove out to Plains when they got a call of a seal at KoOlina. There at 7:00 am in the Lagoon Pohaku R028. Security had put up a zone and there lay Miss Pohaku snoozing at the waterline at the big wall of the lagoon. One of the volunteers came by and stayed with Pohaku. Team Billand left her in good hands at 9:50 am.
Posse Pal Gayle found Right Spot at Sandys today with lots of rubbish on the beach and in the water. Right Spot left the beach at 18:10 pm. In addition Gayle spotted 2 seals at Rabbit Island.
I want to note about a very special evening tonight at Hanauma Bay. I will post more about this on another day when I have gathered the data and photos to share. Mahalo to everyone who was there it was so good to see everyone.
