Mrs. Whisperer spent two hours at Makai Pier today starting around noon. She saw two seals both as unknowns. Unknown #1 first seen about 100 yards of the 3rd blue sign, later moved further east. Critter has tags and "might be a young female". Unknown #2 near Seal Rock Inlet, newly molted coat with tags. Team Billand found only ONE critter today and it was foraging alone about 300 ft off shore at Campbells. They spent an hour trying to get an ID and were unable to figure out who this critter could be. Muzzle nice white possible scar on mid top lip, clean coat goes noted as U/U.
In spite of checking their usual stops this was the only critter for them today.
