Late this afternoon one of the local posses came up to let me know that there was a seal down in of the house.
I went down and found RW02 "PVKauai" facing the waterline. He is 100% molted and a little skinny.
After checking along the beach & Birth Beach I came back to find him ALL the way up the beach behind the fire pit of one of the big camping sites.
The trails and wallows in the area show that he has been hanging out there since yesterday (based on high tide/surf lines). We must have walked by him a couple of times but he was very well hidden.
