HMMA Update from August 11th
At 0817 a report came in about a seal in Hauula. Don responded and ID'ed Honey Girl (R5AY) by tag 5AZ. Around 0853 a report came in about 2 seals together at Maili Beach. Barbara ID'ed Pohaku (RO28) and Benny (RE74). Debbie responded and was later relieved by Robyn. Both seals remained at 1648 when Robyn departed. At 1205 Diane checked in with a report of Ka'ale (RH32) and RK36. RK36 was hauled out on the east side of Ka'ale's SPZ. Neither seal seemed to notice one another. At 1555 a seal was reported swimming at Barber's point. No ID could be made.
