HMMA Update from June 26th

The day began with an 1141 report about a seal at Malaekahana Beach. Karen responded and ID'ed Honeygirl (R5AY) by tag 5AZ. At 1202 a report was made of a seal hauled out on the Waianae side of Kaena Point. Debbie responded and ID'ed RL42 by bleach N20. At 1415 a report came in about a seal at Turtle Bay Resort at Kuilima Cove. Karen responded and ID'ed Ipo (RI37) by bleach N10. 

Carola and Howard checked in via email after their shift at the Mokuleia pup site. Nihoa (R912) and pup swam for about 45 minutes and returned to the beach around 1630. Mom and pup napped for a while and then the pup nursed at 1610. They moved up the beach and went back to sleep.
