11/21/2014 All Points Bulletin: Keep your eyes open for a possible entanglement

Aloha Volunteers,
We have a seal of concern at Kaena Point.  RIP, RR70, was reported with possible entanglement or debris located around the tail end section of his body.
This seal currently molting and is doing so in large layers and pieces and may not be entangled at all.  If anyone is going out to hike KP tomorrow, please look for RIP, please take some good pictures, and please report back.
I have one volunteer who is going to try to find him, but is not familiar with the area.  Anyone else that plans on going out, it would be great to have your help.
