Natalie, Bruno & I headed out late to do part of the West side tour and sightseeing.
Of course part of the guided tour is pointing out some HMS haul out locations. As we were driving past Keaau, I saw thru a pukka of the bridge a seal. I topped and backed up and sure enough there was a seal. We went down to check and surprise: it was R912 "Nihoa" !!
She is looking big and healthy
Due to her location there was no need for signs or SPZ - I had the Hotline and Dana was informed.
We came home to late last night to do the reports ... Aloha Lesley
