Irma at wind sock.... Now it's my understanding this woman stayed by Irma until Team Billand got there with the signs and rope. She was actually doing her best to look out for her.... she was the person who called in the siting and she's not even from Hawaii. So moral of the story, things aren't always what they appear to be, this person was doing a good thing.
