We need your help.... Anyone around the Kahuku (golf course) get out on the beaches and look for a hooked seal. At the moment we have no positive identification on who this seal is, but we KNOW there is a male "CeeCee" T401 out there for the last two weeks with a hook.
If you see any seal with a hook CALL IMMEDIATELY the Seal Hotline 220-7802. The NOAA/NMFS team is on standby to head out and take care of the situation.
PLEASE bring a camera with you, this is critical for data collection.
