Oh my another crazy day with the seals. Thanks to Vera Cober for helping us out with three seals. Glad ya got to see the adventure with the three doing their thing. Many people never get to see such excitement. Ya made a great spz AND...thanks too Vera for going to Plains to ID max.
ReplyDeleteAllan R. and Heidi with Max..you are most apprecited. Karen Banes with Kermit, thank you Missy...Whenever Benny is on the hunt, you'll be sure to get some NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC TIME. Poor Makaiwi, the innocent little girl who the boys just love, she just chilling out there on shore and Benny pays her a visit every week, so does Kermit who by the way is a more gentlemen..Benny is a strong male..and he dont care what seal is with Makaiwi, he will fight for her. Kermit did his best, but, being obese..it is difficult. But he gave Benny some good bites, right on the neck area.
It was a little spooky when Benny and MAKAIWI were fighting in the water with the public in the water as well, close to the shore line. We warned them, SEVERAL TIMES..WATCH OUT!!
It was best that all three seals stayed at Nimitz, easier to control.
Missed Max at Plains...but thanks to all the volunteers who gave their time for the MONKS in the SWQ!!!!
