It was one of those thankfully rare, frustrating days in the SE Quadrant. Despite many a mile, and many hours combing and recombing, and re-recombing the coast, it ended as a Nobody / Nowhere day.
Team Billand checked in at 0700 with the report of Makaiwi (R4DF), fronting #1703, Nimitz Cottages. Max (R5EW) was cruisin' just off shore, and hauled out 60 ft away from Makaiwi at 0714. They would cozy up later on in the day. Makaiwi moving to Max. Makaiwi is 100% molted. At 1325 Team Billand reported Kermit (R4DG) fronting #1706, White Plains.
