Whenever we find seals that are in view from a road, I worry for them. Well, Pohaku was on the rocks, in plain view from a highway. And late afternoon, Dera calls, with a report of kids throwing rocks at Pohaku. She is the four yr. old daughter of the seal shot and killed by the 78 yr. old guy on Kauai? She is very pretty, full of cookie cutter shark bites, that are healing well. Whenever I'm in her presence,I feel spiritual. I feel so proud to be with her. And here you have dumb kids, hurting her, stoning her as she lay inocently on a rock. Docare was there..the kids left. I sure hope DOCARE gave them kids the works!!!! How dare they harm our precious seal!!!What kind of kids are these to do this??? Who raised them?? And why on earth would they throw rocks at an innocent, sleeping seal??? Shame on them. I wish they could go to jail, or sentenced to hard labor for 5 years. I hope if Pohaku shows up today, she might, that these kids will not do this crime to Pohaku AGAIN!! I worry, she does NOT deserve this...she should be treated with RESPECT!!
