The Rabbit Island cast for this day began with Duke , once again , up in the grass behind SRI. He would later move down, allowing the ID.

At 0830 from Makai Pier, I found Buster just hauling out 100 ft left of 1BS. He would remain there all day.

Barbara called at 0615 with the report of Irma at LG tower #2 , White Plains. She would remain there all day.

At 1141, Barbara advised that posse member, Clay reported Rocky at IRQ.

An afternoon email from Karen Turner brought confirmation of R5AY , continuing to molt at Kuilima Cove, Turtle Bay Hotel. Another afternoon email from Diane Gabriel supported that ID, and Diane also confirmed that Ua Malie was at Fishermen's Point , TB today. There was also unconfirmed statements from tourists on Kuilima Cove beach that a small seal with a transmitter had been seen off shore . This is the first known statement of a possible Ua Malie from the hotel beach.

For you "superhuman" Ka'ena Point trekkers, be it known that I had a phone conversation with Eric this afternoon and he confirmed that T15M now has an N24 bleach on his right shoulder, and right mid body, and Kiko now has a probably slightly smudged N25 bleach on her left side , mid body.
