    I was so intent in trying to ID the seal on the Reef, I had no idea a lovely lady was just in front of me...I kept trying to see if the seal on the reef was male or female, and what animal it was. I was concentrating so hard, I had no idea...Miss Makaiwi was laying there. I was viewing my shot for id, happened to look up...and ... tadaaaa!!!! Miss Makaiwi was snoring..she didnt even know I was there. I quickly backed up, sat on the rocks...phew...I was lucky, she was in a deep snooze. How could I have missed her there???? Funny!! Boy she sure is filling out alot. Since meeting her May 11th of this year, Makaiwi's size is expanding...thats great for a seal. Yahoo!!! I feel like a proud Mama and I know, Rob feels the same way...Da Proud..Papa. He. He.
