On my first pass at Rabbit Island there was nobody home. When I got back to Makai Pier at 0830 I found Duke on the beach at the far left end of the beach. He would be the only RI resident again today, and remained at that location all day.
Dera reported Irma at Ewa Beach at 0830. Team Billand confirmed the Irma ID at 0930
