DB Post Wednesday 6/17/2009

Ewa Girl & Duke were the only residents of Rabbit Island today. Duke spent the entire morning on the back side of Mom, so there were few photo ops. They did 2 swims and 3 feeds.

I found Buster doing 10 minute dives at Spitting Cave. It has been a while since I've seen anyone at SC. I was beginning to think the critters had forgotten the place.

Colleen called at 0745 to advise that Rocky had overnighted once again at Diamond Head.

Jen Metz did the Ka'ena trek today, and came back with the news that Kerby was the only observed animal. He is looking very, very green. His first molt is definitely in his immediate future, but the timing on that first one is always at tough call.
