In so many ways this photo has such a powerful meaning, and many of you know exactly what I am talking about. There isn't a day that goes by that so many of us think of you my friend. We miss you, we "quote" you, we talk about all we learned from you. I remember you, I will always remember you, and I like to think you are standing there watching over us and of course your beloved seals.

ReplyDeleteI only spoke to DB through the blog and wished I could have met him in person.
I love the blog and all the wonderful volunteers, who look after the beautiful
monk seals, day after day. I hope to return to Hawaii one day, and see a monk
seal in person. The last time I was there I didn't get to see one, other than
Hoa and Maka at the aquarium. It was awesome to see them.
Miss ya DB...you will always remain in our hearts, our souls, our thoughts.
