Yet another incident where someone feels entitled to enter the area that has been roped off to provide some safety for the young weaner.... When asked to move back.... they decided the recommended distance was a guideline and not the law.... so no need to comply. REALLY??? why not just be a decent person and do the right thing.... the guidelines are there for a reason.
